In-Situ Mechanical, Chemical & Biological Remediation. MOECC Licensed. One Qatari company delivering all three treatment technologies, on-site, in weeks rather than months.
Land contamination from oil & gas, construction and industrial activity routinely stalls handover schedules and inflates project budgets across Qatar’s development pipeline.
Average cost savings treating soil on-site instead of excavation & disposal at 850 QAR/m³
Weeks to close out an average remediation project, fully documented for MOECC handover
Soil screening and soil washing. A fast first step for coarse, debris-heavy contaminated soils.
In-situ chemical oxidation and stabilization. Fast treatment for TPH and BTEX contamination.
Bioremediation, biopiling and landfarming. The most cost-effective route for large soil volumes.
Nanoscale zero-valent iron for targeted reduction and immobilization of hydrocarbons and heavy metals. An advanced technique within our chemical treatment scope.
Approved MECC Activity Code
Founded in January 2026 in Doha, Milestones Centre is licensed by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) under Activity Code 390001 for the remediation of contaminated soils. Our mission is to restore Qatar’s land through sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective remediation solutions.
Every intervention is grounded in site diagnostics, laboratory data, and international best practice, not guesswork.
Phase 1 & 2 Environmental Site Assessment, soil & groundwater sampling, and Remediation Action Plans for MOECC approval.
Mechanical, chemical and biological treatment, all delivered on-site, with no excavation and no off-site disposal queue.
Spill response, contaminated soil excavation, secure transport and disposal to MOECC-approved facilities.
Phase Delivery Model: Diagnose–Design–Deliver–Verify
Every engagement follows a disciplined four-phase workflow, ensuring end-to-end traceability of contamination remediation aligned with ISO 18504 and Qatar’s permitting requirements.
Contamination profiling, desktop review and physical sampling feed a tailored Remediation Action Plan.
Field execution against the RAP, followed by third-party post-remediation verification and closure reporting.
Six reasons procurement and HSE managers choose Milestones as their remediation contractor of record.
We sign contracts and interface directly with MOECC and QatarEnergy. No third-party pass-through is needed.
In-situ treatment versus excavation and disposal to Mesaieed at 850 QAR/m³.
Average project closeout in 8–12 weeks, with full documentation delivered alongside handover.
All work aligned to MOECC Law 30/2002, QatarEnergy HSE specifications, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

Our team can walk you through site assessment, RAP development and MoECC approval timelines.
We are licensed under activity code 390001 to decontaminate and rehabilitate polluted soils on-site or off-site, using mechanical, chemical and biological methods for hydrocarbon, heavy-metal and industrial-chemical contamination.
Oil and gas operators, EPC contractors and infrastructure developers, government entities such as MoECC and Ashghal, and industrial estates in Mesaieed, Ras Laffan and Manateq zones.
Each project runs on a site-specific QA/QC plan, chain-of-custody sampling through MoECC-approved laboratories, and closure reports formatted to MoECC Environmental Site Assessment Guidelines and ISO 18504.
In-situ bioremediation and chemical oxidation (ISCO), ex-situ landfarming, and thermal or soil-washing treatment for hard-to-treat contaminants. The right method is chosen based on soil type, contaminant load and project timeline.
Our leadership combines soil restoration, GIS and remote sensing, and climate governance experience, including large-scale baseline assessment work across 11 frontline states of Nigeria’s Great Green Wall programme.
